Buying & Staking Comdex $CMDX

Anyone can stake $CMDX the native utility asset of the Comdex network in a few simple steps.

Staking $CMDX requires the following:

1. Download Keplr wallet.
2. Create a new wallet + back up your wallet (Secure/write down your pass phrase)
3. Buy mainnet $CMDX on Osmosis via the LBP section.

To stake/delegate your $CMDX, follow these steps:

In this tutorial we shall be using $ATOM to buy $CMDX via Osmosis.zone

1. Deposit $ATOM using IBC in to Osmosis

$ NOTE LEAVE SOME ATOM IN KEPLR TO COVER TX FEES !!!

1. Choose a validator from one of the following listed on the network. We will be using Omniflix staking site for this example. (Make a delegation transaction to complete the delegation process as shown in the images bellow.)
2. Now head over to your left panel and select LBP. More info on LBP here. Please read up on this before spending any of your hard earned Crypto.

3. Now buy some $CMDX with your newly deposited $ATOM

This should appear after you SIGN tx on your wallet.

4. Withdraw $CMDX from Osmosis by using IBC.

5. Enable Comdex chain to your Keplr Wallet by clicking WITHDRAW

Select the amount you want to withdraw.

$NOTE this is where you usually need to have a positive $OSMO balance but recently you may of noticed that it actually doesn't cost any $OSMO fees at all right now. This might change so we advice having a positive $OSMO balance in your wallet just incase.

Well done you now have $CMDX token sent to Keprl and you are now ready for the final step STAKING !!!

Easy Staking/delegation steps (Keplr Wallet/Omniflix-Dashboard):

In this tutorial we will be using Omniflix’s simple and effective UI that makes life easy for you delegators to transact with the chain.

1. Click “Connect” to enable web3 Keplr Wallet.

2. Approve keplr interaction with the UI.

Now you will see the balance sent out of Osmosis to Keplr Wallet

3. Enter the amount you wish to stake/delegate. Then click “STAKE” on the bottom of the window.

$Leave 0.2 $CMDX in your available balance at all times to cover tx fees.

In this tutorial we will be staking to Highlander-Nodes

4. Approve the tx on Keplr

5. All done and if all is well you should see a “Staked successfully” notification.

6. Well done you have got there and you are now earning rewards claimable at anytime. Our advice is to compound interest this. Keep staking your rewards and they will surely build up over time. Comdex at the time of writing offers high apr on staking.
